Please read if you are considering a purchase.

Payment
To arrange for
purchase or to ask questions, please contact me by phone
(724-869-5022), through my
CONTACT US PAGE, or by email (npdant1@comcast.net).
Once an agreement to purchase has been reached, I will
pull the item from the catalog. Payment must be received
within seven days of agreement to purchase. Methods of
acceptable payment are check, money order, and cash.

Sales Tax
Sales tax will be
charged as applicable based on the location the
merchandise is delivered to. Tax exempt purchases must
be accompanied by a completed tax exempt form. |

Shipping
Purchaser pays
shipping and insurance at actual cost. No handling charges. In some cases where special
packaging (i.e.: custom crates) are involved, fees will
be charged at actual cost. Purchases will be shipped
via U.S. Postal Priority Mail or UPS unless otherwise
specified by the customer. |

Damage
Insurance is
strongly recommended. If damage occurs during shipping, it is the receiving party's
responsibility to file a claim and settle payment. Do
not return the item to me unless specifically directed
as this would void the claim and make reimbursement not
possible. I will assist in any way possible to help
all parties resolve the issue fairly and quickly.

Return
Policy
I will always
describe the items as accurately as possible. Please ask
any questions prior to purchase. Returns will be
considered only if the item is significantly different
than my description. In the event a purchase qualifies
for return, the purchaser is to contact me within three
days of receipt of the item to request return
instructions. Upon receipt of the item in the same
condition as it was shipped, I will issue a refund.
The return must be received within seven days of
notification of intent to return. I will reimburse the
purchase cost plus shipping and insurance both ways. |

Prior Sale
All merchandise on
this website is subject to prior sale. Please
contact me to confirm availability, and your
selection will be held for seven days awaiting receipt
of payment. |
